One planner, one contract, one venue
The property runs six event spaces: a ballroom that seats four hundred, a poolside terrace, private dining rooms and a ceremony lawn with the city behind it. Couples who book directly usually talk to the venue alone; our desk adds the rooms block, the guest logistics and the rehearsal dinner in the same scope.
We start with a site inspection quote: dates the spaces are free, the realistic capacity for your format and the full costing including the parts venues leave off the first page, like security, overtime and cakeage.
For corporate events the same spaces convert to conferences and award nights with production handled by the in-house AV team.

Transparent rates, confirmed before you pay
Wedding pricing at this property is per-guest packages plus venue hire for some spaces. The honest quote includes the extras: ceremony fee, security for late finishes, overtime past midnight and the room block terms. Our scope document lists all of it before a deposit exists.

Three hundred guests, a storm that moved the ceremony indoors in forty minutes, and nobody noticed. Their coordinator earned every cent.
Timelines that actually work
Twelve to eighteen months is normal for a ballroom Saturday. Fridays and Sundays book shorter out and price noticeably lower, which is the trade most couples end up weighing once the quote is on the table.
Corporate and charity events run faster: eight weeks is enough for most formats, and the in-house AV removes the usual production vendor chain.
Frequently asked about this service
The venue holds a date for seven days without deposit once a written proposal exists. For peak Saturdays we move faster because competing holds are common.
The kitchens are in-house. Cultural menus are accommodated through the banquet team, who run dedicated menus for Indian, Chinese and kosher-style events.
Event spaces are separate from the gaming floor. Guests who want the floor use it before or after; nothing from the casino intrudes on a private function.
