The day spa at the resort runs six days a week and fills early on weekends, particularly the couples rooms and the late afternoon slots. Booking at the door usually means settling for a Tuesday morning you did not want.
We hold treatment slots against your room reservation, so the massage lands after the flight or after the late night, whichever order suits. Hydrotherapy access on the thermal level is included for spa guests, and the pool deck sits one floor below.
For guests booking salon evenings, the desk can schedule a recovery session the following morning as part of the same request.

The ninety minute recovery ritual after a long salon night is the whole reason I book through a desk. It appears on my itinerary without me thinking about it.
Thermal level and pool deck
The thermal facilities open at six in the morning, which makes them the quietest part of the resort before nine. A spa booking includes two hours on that level: vitality pool, steam room, sauna and the experience showers.
Guests who only want the facilities without a treatment can buy a thermal pass at the door. Through our desk the pass is discounted when bundled with a suite stay.
Frequently asked about this service
Saturday afternoon slots go first. For a weekend stay we suggest confirming treatments at least a week out; our desk can usually hold provisional times while your flights settle.
Yes, day passes are sold at the spa desk subject to capacity. Guests who book any treatment get two hours included.
Yes, but hotel guests receive priority on prime slots. For day visitors we recommend midweek mornings.
