The main floor at The Star is open to every guest. The salons above it are not. Entry runs on invitation, tracked play or a host referral, and the standards are different: private dealers, your own bar service and limits that never appear on the main floor signage.
Our desk holds host relationships inside the complex. We put your play history or your intended stakes in front of the right host, arrange the salon booking around your stay and handle the identification paperwork that Queensland gaming rules require.
Discretion is the point of the exercise. Salon guests use a separate lift bank, a separate cage and a separate entrance when they want one.

What the salon rules actually are
Queensland gaming regulations require identity verification for salon entry and for any credit arrangement. We prepare that documentation ahead of the stay so the first night is spent playing, not signing forms at a cage.
Salon hours are flexible but not unlimited, and table limits are set per session. Guests who play at consistent levels across a stay usually find the second visit easier to arrange than the first.
