The tables that book out first
Chef's table seats, window tables and private dining rooms across the resort's restaurants. We reserve at the venues that matter and confirm the seating position, not just the time.
A reservation that specifies the seat
The resort runs seven food venues from a hatted fine dining room to the late-night noodle bar that stays open for the floor. Two of them hold most of the demand: the signature dining room and the rooftop grill, where window seats vanish first on event nights.
We book the table, not the timeslot. Window position, banquette or chef's counter goes into the confirmation, and for private dining the room is reserved with its own service team.
Dinner timing is coordinated with the rest of the stay. If your show starts at eight, the kitchen knows your table needs dessert by half seven.

Transparent rates, confirmed before you pay
You pay the restaurant directly. Our desk charges nothing for the reservation; venues hold tables for us because we fill them with guests who arrive on time. Private dining carries a room hire fee quoted per event.

Where to eat inside the complex
The signature dining room is the booking most guests ask for, and it earns it: a short menu built around Queensland seafood and beef, with a wine list heavy on Australian producers. The rooftop grill runs a broader menu with the view doing half the work.
For late nights after the tables, the noodle bar and the sports bar kitchen run past midnight. Neither needs a reservation, which is exactly why both are useful.
Frequently asked about this service
For Friday and Saturday, two weeks is comfortable. On concert weekends at the complex, three weeks is safer. Weeknights can often be confirmed within a day.
Yes. Rooms seat ten to thirty guests with a set menu agreed beforehand. We quote the room hire and menu together.
Send them with the reservation request. The kitchens are used to it; notes go on the booking and the floor team sees them before service.
